What you will do: - Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
- Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
- Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch.
- Maintain account records, reporting and filing.
- Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace deliveries.
- Manage inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies.
- Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages.
- Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).
- Cycle count activities.
- Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments.
- Organize, retrieve or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sources.
- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc.
PAY STRUCTURE $21.00 per hour | Weekly Pay |
W-2 with no benefits SHIFT DAYS & TIMES Monday-Friday | 8:00a to 6:00p or 9:00a to 7:00p (depending on warehouse needs) | Weekends are as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS - Must live in San Antonio, TX or a surrounding area.
- Must have high school diploma or GED (this will be verified).
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation as attendance and punctuality is important.
- Must have the physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs.
- Must have good prioritization and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Must have 2+ years of experience.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be attentive to details.
- Must be able to work autonomously as well as with a team.
- Must be a team player and professional in all settings.
- Must be on time, dependable, ethical and possess high integrity.
- Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and a hard work ethic.
- Must possess adaptability and flexibility.
- Must have a fully functioning smartphone.
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
