As a Software Engineering Mgr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham or Dallas.

This role supports the Risk Management / Bank Secrecy & AML area of the Bank. This includes the technology platform(s) supporting enterprise Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes. Your skills are crucial to the continued growth and expansion of this business as we implement new and evolving offerings. Your analysis skills will improve both new applications being built from the ground up, as well as mature systems that are being enhanced to serve our customers.

The following skills are preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to varied stakeholders
(developers, testers, business sponsors, product owners, etc.)
- Strong business and technical analysis skills
- Strong technical knowledge spanning application development, infrastructure and network methodologies
- including familiarity with AWS cloud hosting/SaaS solutions and newer container, messaging, and event notification technologies
- Experience working in both agile and waterfall projects
- Ability to create functional/process flows and swim lane diagrams
- Experience writing user stories and solution requirements documentation
- Familiarity with JIRA

Job Description
  • Manages development projects, development teams and application support functions.
  • Oversees multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
  • Monitors and maintains adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.
  • Maximizes staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
  • Analyzes applications to ensure that all systems that are developed, meet business needs and specifications.
