The RPA Developer is responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, configuration, testing, and delivering intelligent automations, workflow applications, and system integrations. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the RPA platform and relevant programming languages. The RPA Developer collaborates with IT, the business units, and the enterprise architect to solve business problems, reducing business costs, enhancing business capabilities, and maximizing processing efficiencies. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university required, or an equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and experience, including military service, in lieu of degree.
  • 6 years of cloud-based RPA development professional experience required:
    • Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online
    • Scripting with JavaScript, VBScript, Python, C#, SQL, PowerShell, RPA proprietary scripting languages
    • Working in Visual Studio and code repositories/VCS such as GIT.
    • Integrating RPA solutions with 3 rd party APIs.
  • 2 years of experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred.
  • Prior Nintex experience preferred.
  • Proven work history of adapting and continue to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Experience using system and process analysis and design methodologies including process mapping and diagramming.

 

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
  • Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
  • Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

 

Work Environment

  • This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
