\nOperating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.

\nJob Summary:
\nResponsible for restoration of patient's health and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide support to patients
\nJob Duties: (include but are not limited to):
\nSupply and administer medication pursuant to physician order and, records dosage administered in the medical record.
\nRecord dosages in medical records
\nDaily inventory count of medication supply and receiving incoming shipments
\nResponsible for safeguarding medication inventory
\nCollect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation in absence of the cashier personnel
\nObserve / monitor patient demeanor
\nCommunicate patient concerns to superior
\nComply with federal and state privacy rules, including 42 CFR Parts 160, 164 as well as applicable clinic policies and procedures
\nContact other centers to verify dosages as needed
\nAdminister appropriate lab tests, collect data and report per process
\nSchedule and screen patient to be seen by Medical Director
\nReceive and document medical orders
\nActively participate in CARF preparation and start audit process
\nAlways act in the best interest of patient, program and company
\nHonor, support and protect the proprietary right of patients and company
\nInterface with public and patients by answering phones, greeting visitors, and monitoring patient activities while on center premises

\nMinimum 1 year of direct patient contact
\nUnderstanding of opiate addition and medical terminology
\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft products
