Job Description

Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in the construction of large-scale projects and have built successful partnerships with stakeholders in our key construction verticals of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education (K-12, Higher Ed), or Light Industrial.

High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Minimum 9 years of progressive construction experience, typically as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or other related role, including a minimum of 3 years of customer facing experience. BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience. Experience in business development/sales including securing, maintaining, and growing relationships into successful projects. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills. Must hold a valid driver's license, or ability to obtain within 6 months. Intermediate proficiency with various software applications including: PM software (ProCore preferred), Microsoft Suite, Accounting software (Sage preferred) including ability to understand cost spreadsheets, aging report, labor productivity report. Advanced proficiency in contract administration, Requests for Information, Schedule of Values, preparation and adjustment to monthly billings, preparation of bar chart schedules including predecessors, successors, constraints, float and lags. Working knowledge of AIA Contract(s): A401, A121, A111.
