Robert Half is representing a local Grand Rapids nonprofit organization looking to permanent a Marketing Traffic Coordinator for a long-term employment opportunity. The successful candidate will serve as an essential component in supporting their creative projects, interfacing between departments and managing multiple projects concurrently. This Marketing Traffic Coordinator role involves coordinating tasks within copy, print, design, production, and development departments, as well as overseeing project timelines and deliverables. This position is an onsite office role supporting a faith-based non-profit organization in Grand Rapids. Interested applicants can apply today!
Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between marketing and creative departments to delegate and manage creative projects • Oversee the routing of work and organization of deliverables across various teams • Use project management tools such as Asana to track project progress and manage timelines • Handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and project requirements • Leverage Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for documentation and communication purposes • Ensure cross-functional project management to facilitate smooth completion of projects • Assist in marketing production processes to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials • Resolve project-related issues promptly and ensure all project goals are met • Implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and project outcomes.• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Traffic Coordinator role, Project Manager role or similar • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Asanda is required • Excellent documentation skills are essential • Experience in Cross Functional Project Management is preferred • Knowledge of Asana software is a requirement • Ability to manage timelines effectively • Prior experience in marketing production is advantageous • Must possess strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial • Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work onsite daily in the Grand Rapids office, and attend faith-based activities within the ministry as needed • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or PR is preferred.
