Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to partner with internal stakeholders (Digital Marketing, Brand, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to plan, execute, and track results of talent brand media campaigns to attract prospective candidates in high priority hiring markets
  • Stay up to date on business needs & priorities to align and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Continually optimize channel strategy and targeting tactics
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust plans as needed based on performance by markets and personas
  • Analyze campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders regularly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendor and internal stakeholders on career site inquiries
  • Maintain and provide oversight to the career site pages
  • Regularly review metrics to optimize the pages and content for higher engagement
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to ensure a cohesive and consistent site experience with the rest dotcom properties
Requirements
  • Project management, organizational and communications skills
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, website analytics and content management
  • Understanding of paid, owned and earned media strategies and best practices
  • Integrated marketing/campaign planning expertise, with accountability for results
  • Analytical mindset regarding marketing programs and their outcomes; continuously measuring, testing, and optimizing
  • Naturally, a driver and builder; able to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
