Position Summary: TruPlace is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a desire for growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of email and social media marketing and HubSpot CRM Management. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive revenue and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing plans aligned with Real Estate and Vacation Rental industry goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for exponential growth.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage and optimize CRM, email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation processes.
- Create, track, and review campaigns in HubSpot to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and implement segmentation strategies to enhance marketing performance across different industries.
- Campaign Execution & Management:
- Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and eventually, paid advertisement.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized marketing initiatives.
- Leverage HubSpot tools to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
- WordPress Website Management:
- Regularly make content updates to WordPress website.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing
- Graphic design experience, a plus
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM
- Other Qualifications and requirements
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Creativity, initiative, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.

More Details The various responsibilities and achievements will directly impact company goals and provide opportunity for personal and professional growth. This is a full-time remote position Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM Eastern. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience, as well as matching retirement plan, paid holidays, PTO, and group health and dental benefits.
