Summary:
The main function of a marketing manager is to lead the research of market conditions in local regional or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
Advise business and other groups on local national and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services.
Confer with legal staff to resolve problems such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors.
Develop pricing strategies balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Direct the hiring training and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development such as budgets expenditures research and development appropriations and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Formulate direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services working with advertising and promotion managers.
Identify develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives market characteristics and cost and markup factors.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products lines or services analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
5-7 years related experience required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Job Responsibilities:
-*Responsible for tracking development and execution of prepaid and postpaid retail boxes carrier specific retail boxes inbox collateral localization print production and sample approval. *
- -Plan organize and manage multiple assignments and projects. Read and interpret marketing documents review design files PSD/Photoshop files dielines colors and contracts or related documents based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy. *
- -Responsible for creating and managing the overall project tracker for the PM Packaging team.*
- -The position will require a blend of analytical skills strategic thinking relationship building project management and organizational influence. *
- -This role will partner with team members and cross functional teams to manage mid and long term strategic project packaging roadmaps tasks report on plans and schedules drive escalation and address resolution of issues and manage mitigation plans for project risks. *
- -Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company. *
- -Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.*

Skills:
- Prior experience in product marketing print production product management or project management is required.
- Highly effective level of collateral project management skills including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules identify objectives coordinate and direct project teams manage agencies tasks and basic knowledge of printing and production.
Great follow-up skills - looking for a MOTIVATED ENGAGED AND SELF-DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL that is highly organized thinks creatively and can drive their own processes.
- Able to establish effective working relationships with all aspects of SEA HQ MPC Teams and Carrier teams.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in both oral and written communication for internal and external personnel at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office primarily Adobe Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be able to analyze interpret present and explain mobile product and development materials.
Education/Experience:
- BA/BS in marketing project management communications or related field or equivalent experience required
- 5-7 years of professional experience in print marketing project management marketing or product management in cross functional environment
- Prior experience at Samsung preferred but not required. Please provide former reporting managers name for rehire eligibility check.
