Job Description
Entry Level – Data Analyst
• Wilmington, DE 19801 – moves to hybrid after 90-day period
Duration: 1 year; open for extension/conversion
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour W2
Schedule: 40 hours per week; 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
What we’re looking for:
o 1-2 years of experience OR recent graduate with Excel skills
o Proficient in Excel; Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify agent trends.
o Min: High School Diploma
o Preferred industry: business services, banking, legal
Duties:
o Extract, process, analyze, and communicate data for reports.
o Precision in handling and processing data to avoid errors.
o Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and informative reports.
o Annual Fees and Tax Notification mail and emails.
o Partner with internal stakeholders to create content for mail and email campaigns.
o Partner with vendors to oversee the print and production of tax mailings.
o Track, Measure, Analyze and communicate results to key stakeholders.
o File Franchise tax reports
o Complete annual LLC Payments o Process/create payments for Secretary of State
