Job Title: IT Desktop Support
Location: Corning, NY
Duration: 6 months contract
Job Description:
· The Corporate EUS Refresh Technician will be responsible for receiving IT PC inventory, imaging Laptop and Desktop Computers, installing licensed software, engaging with customers, deploying new PCs, and reclaiming legacy PCs.
Responsibilities:
· Documentation (records) management
· Knowledge base utilization
· Project interaction
· Customer scheduling/follow-ups
· Multi-team interaction and/or technical roundtable participation
· Standard device imaging via USB/PXE server(s)
Experience:
· Familiarity with computer hardware is a plus
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills

· Familiarity with cloud applications (Office365, etc.)

· Hardware ordering/deployment
Skills:
· Office365, Active Directory, Service Now, Asset Management
Education:
· Minimum High School Diploma
· Associate’s degree or 2+ years IT-related experience (Recommended)
