Your Purpose as a Finance Services Specialist:

• Manage Financial Services Process: Manage and oversee that Managers and Directors perform all functions of a Business Office consistent with good business practices.
• Perform all functions of the Financial Services Process: Working knowledge of all current technologies to deliver a digital sales process with the intent of teaching others
• Presenting during sales process (specific for Finance products)
• Vehicle warranty review
• Presenting Menu
• Lender submittals
• Compliance including requirements and auditing
• Finalize sales documents
• CIT/Receivables
• Identify Performance and Systemic Problems: Isolate and resolve discrepancies in department processes essential to the guest experience and sales performance
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong background in sales, finance, and administration preferred
• Experience: 2-4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to explain products and processes clearly.
• Requirement: Valid state sales license (where applicable).
