**Job Description**

We're on the hunt for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our digital marketing strategies, aligning them with our growth goals. You'll play a pivotal role in boosting lead generation, brand awareness, guest engagement, and incremental sales. Join an exciting, expanding team that values collaboration and fun!

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Marketing (EDM), you'll be instrumental in generating measurable results and brand recognition for our restaurant concepts. The ideal candidate is passionate about guest demographics/psychographics data and crafting effective, creative digital marketing campaigns.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Management and Research**

- Collaborate with the EDM to develop quarterly and yearly digital marketing strategies and budgets across all digital channels.
- Brainstorm new, creative growth strategies with the marketing team.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, optimize spend, and enhance performance.
- Manage Digital & Social Agency, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals.
- Oversee 3rd party Review & Listings Agency to maintain accurate listings and manage reviews.
- Evolve our brand voice, working with the agency and marketing team to create engaging content.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Conduct A/B testing of messages and creatives across multiple digital channels.
- Track, analyze, and present reporting on all program & campaign performance.
- Stay updated on emerging online marketing technologies, trends, and competitor strategies.

**Social Media**

- Guide our Agency on social media marketing strategy, campaigns, and influencer marketing.
- Post and optimize content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

**Content**

- Partner with freelance graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to generate multimedia content.
- Support the Agency with digital campaign planning and optimization.
- Analyze and evaluate content success and relevance to the target audience.
- Maintain and update digital image libraries.

**Email/Comms**

- Develop and execute engaging, informative, and relevant email & SMS campaigns.
- Optimize all email and SMS communications to increase guest acquisition and conversion.
- Support loyalty program set-up, execution, and analysis.

**Website**

- Maintain and update the restaurant's website with current menus, promotions, and landing pages.
- Act as website CMS administrator, support, and development.
- Work with the Agency to optimize the website, improve online visibility, and drive organic traffic.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, hospitality management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, Marketing Databases, Email Marketing, Social Media, Analytics Tools, and Display Advertising Campaigns.
- Familiarity with web design and CMS systems.
- Experience with marketplace partnerships and brand loyalty programs.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales, website, and social media statistics.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Personal vehicles may be required.
- Minimum Age: 21 years.
- This position is eligible for remote work, with quarterly travel to the New Orleans, LA-based Home Office.

- Preferred locations: New Orleans, Nashville, Birmingham, Charlotte, Charleston, and along the Gulf Coast with strong independent work skills and quarterly travel to NOLA.
