Job Description

Summary:

Oversees the core data processing system and all related interfaces. Guides the financial information systems activities, including the design, programming, procedures, and operation of computers and related peripheral equipment and interfaces for the Fiserv Premier Core System. Provides oversite and exception management to ensure the data processing staff competently and completely finishes the daily processing of schedules and backups including any processing issues and related documentation.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Ohio Driver's License.

Experience: Three to five years of related experience, preferably with Fiserv Premier. Demonstrated experience supporting Fiserv software and end users. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• The ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in verbal and written communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the business area that is being supported.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Technical writing.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical reference and apply concepts to practical situations.
